At KayllaMariie Cosmetics, we aim to get your beauty essentials to you safely and as quickly as possible.

UK Shipping

We currently offer the following UK delivery options:

Standard — Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.75

Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

FREE on orders £50 or more.

Express — Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £6.99

Estimated delivery: Next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your delivery address and circumstances outside of our control. Royal Mail’s current Shopify documentation lists Tracked 48 as a standard UK service and Tracked 24 as an express UK service. 

Tracking

All delivery options are tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. KayllaMariie Cosmetics cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delays

Although we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes above, delays can occasionally occur due to postal delays, busy periods, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.
