Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we DO NOT offer refunds OR exchanges on items that you simply no longer want.

If you receive an item damaged or faulty, we will be happy to exchange or refund this for you.

Damaged and faulty items must be reported within 7 days.

 

If you need to return or exchange a product for an applicable reason, please send an email to kayyllamariie_help@outlook.com, and we will send you a form and instructions.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Kayylaa Mariie Cosmetics is not responsible for return postage and packaging unless we have sent a wrong or faulty item.

Please note that all our items are handmade and unique. There may be some differences in products, but this is not considered a fault and should not affect the product's overall look.
